RMI
Since 2004, Davis Derby has been supplying Minewatch PC21 control systems to Repower Mining International for control of their face roof support hydraulic systems in China and Russia. RMI had a requirement to provide both automatic control and local individual pump monitoring for their systems to the Chinese Coal Mining market. The MineWATCH PC21 systems supplied provide full automatic control, local independent control of the pumps and in automatic mode, in the event of a failure of an individual pump controller, the system will detect this failure and continue to operate the remaining system in automatic mode. This makes the RMI pump system extremely reliable and adaptable. As the pumping systems have been expanded, additional control modules have been introduced. RMI has the ability to supply standard units for a wide range of pumping schemes.
